A very cool antique Victorian silid silver memento mori pill case pendant adorned with a skull with faceted garnet eyes. The back has a door that opens to reveal a compartment, traditionally used to keep pills, but can be used for any small memento or keepsake. Small enough to wear as a pendant, but sizeable enough to be a statement! Approx 6cm in length including the top section and metal loop.
