How long does my order take to ship?

We do our best to get your jewels shipped out to you as soon as possible. Please allow 5 days for dispatch as we generally post twice a week.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We happily ship internationally. We charge a flat rate of £9.80 for tracked international shipping. This is the quickest Royal Mail option for international packages. Your product will not be insured for more than £50 unless you contact us to arrange insured delivery.

We will provide you with a tracking number from the Royal Mail. I’m sorry but we cannot cover the cost of items lost in the mail - although this is an extremely rare occurrence.

What is your return policy? 

If you’re unhappy with your item, please contact us within 4 days of receiving the item to explain that you would like to return it. The customer will need to cover the cost of returning the item securely, through tracked mail.
